      We have rooms at Hilton Riverside for $850 includes taxes and fees for all 3 nights. We also have rooms at Residence Inn and Springhill Suites for around $830 for all 3 nights.

    How much is the insurance? If I plan to use the bus travel package, is the bus going to take us to the events during the day; or is this package for the night time concert event? Will the bus take you to the events at certain times, and for all three days? If I put a deposit down for 4 people, and one person backs out before payment is due, can payment be adjusted for three people instead? I want the hotel and ticket package for 4, how much is my deposit?

      The way that the payment plan works is you put a deposit down and then make monthly payments. Final payments have to be paid by June 1st. All payments are made online.

    Hello, I have already started making payments on a package, I don’t see that package being offered anymore. am I locked into that package which was offered before 12/31/2010?. If so do I continue to make payments for that plan, I don’t want to invest in a package that may change overtime.
